CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, but probably wanted by many others! We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations (where possible).
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that valuable time.
A £15 deposit is required for treatments over 1 hour.
